At this time, LSMI is accepting FHA-certified appraiser information for inclusion in our database, for the following states: Arizona, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
